Responsibilities

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with key vendors and suppliers

• Conduct market research and vendor sourcing activities

• Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and governance standards

• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and legal teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Logistics, or related field,

• 5 or more years experience in Procurement with proven experience in leading a Procurement department, preferably in the agribusiness, feedmill or FMCG

• Proven skills in negotiation, supplier relationship management, and contract handling

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Familliar with SAP Program

• Placement in Lampung
