Change in the Operational Status of the Subsidiary
The Company informs that the strike-off process of its subsidiary did not receive any objections from any party up to 15 March 2026; therefore, the striking-off has been legally accepted, and the Company is currently awaiting final notification from ACRA regarding the completion of the process.
