During the AGMS, the Company secured approval for the reappointment of the members of the Board of Commissioners to ensure the continuity of the Company's supervisory function and strategic direction. Furthermore, approval was granted to amend the Articles of Association in alignment with the 2025 Indonesia Standard Industrial Classification (KBLI 2025), serving as a proactive measure to ensure compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks.
