Fostering Top Talent Through Training and Certification Programs

Jakarta, May 2025 - PT Central Proteina Prima (CPP) continues to demonstrate its firm commitment to employee development, recognizing its people as the company’s most valuable asset. Throughout May 2025, CPP conducted five strategic training programs across key areas including sales, leadership, data management, environmental compliance, and aquaculture operations. These initiatives reflect the company’s ongoing efforts to equip its workforce with relevant skills and capabilities to navigate today’s dynamic business environment.

In Medan, CPP delivered two in-person programs: Prima Sales Academy Batch #2 (May 5–6), focusing on sales excellence, and Prima First Line Management Program (PFMP1) Batch #5 (May 7–8), aimed at strengthening leadership competencies at the operational level—each attended by 25 employees. On May 15, an Intermediate Excel training was held in Jakarta to enhance data analysis and visualization skills. In support of environmental stewardship, CPP also enrolled a representative from Surabaya in the certified Water Pollution Control Officer (PPPA) training, conducted virtually, underscoring the company’s compliance with environmental regulations and risk management practices.

Professional Aquaculture Technician Training

CPP further strengthened its technical field capabilities through the Prima Aquaculture Training Center (PATC) Ikan Batch #5 in Kalianda, Lampung. This program trained 19 participants from fisheries backgrounds to become skilled field technicians and aquaculture advisors. Through these initiatives, CPP reaffirms its dedication to building human capital that drives innovation, operational excellence, and long-term shareholder value.
