Jakarta, 30 June 2025. PT Central Proteina Prima Tbk (the “Company”) has convened its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 26 June 2025, with one of the main agenda items being the reappointment of all members of the Company’s Board of Directors. During the meeting, the Company also approved the resignation of Mr. Adji Pramono from his position and approved the appointment of Mr. Hendi Yanto Efendy as a new member of the Board of Directors.

This decision is expected to strengthen the continuity of the Company’s governance and operations in responding to market needs while supporting sustainable performance in the future.
