PT Central Proteina Prima Tbk (CP Prima) reached out to the academic community again through its CP Prima Goes to Campus program. This time, the Program was held at the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Universitas Padjadjaran, Jatinangor, on 20 October 2025. This event served as a platform for collaboration between industry and academic institution in preparing skilled and competitive generation for sustainable aquaculture development in the future. Through the General Lecture themed “From Feed to Health: Integrating Nutrition and Probiotics in Sustainable Aquaculture”, participants gained fresh insights into innovation and sustainability in fish and shrimp farming. More than 150 students, lecturers, and practitioners attended to learn directly from CP Prima experts and academic partners who shared real-world experiences and broadened perspectives on career opportunities in the dynamic aquaculture industry.

The enthusiasm continued during the Campus Hiring session, which attracted more than 350 applicants from various fields of study. A total of 38 candidates had the opportunity to interview directly with CP Prima’s HR team for positions in hatchery, operations, manufacturing, and commercial divisions. CP Prima also offered a unique experience through a food tasting of its signature seafood brand Shifudo, and showcased its leading product lines including Irawan, Bintang, Bolt, Cleo, Fiesta, and Shifudo. Through all this initiative, CP Prima reaffirms its commitment to nurture young Indonesian talent and strengthen the synergy between education and industry — building a more sustainable and promising future for aquaculture, in line with CP Prima’s spirit: “Grow Your Future with CP Prima.”
