The Company hereby informs that its subsidiary, CPP Intertrade Pte Ltd, a company duly incorporated under the laws of Singapore, has received a notice from the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) confirming the acceptance of its application for striking off. The notice stipulated that should no objection be received from any party by 15 March 2026, the said entity will be removed from the register of companies in Singapore and dissolved administratively in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. As of the date hereof, 16 March 2026, no objection has been received from any party. Accordingly, the striking off process has been legally accepted, and the Company is currently awaiting final confirmation from ACRA regarding the completion of such process.
